Our mission is to bridge gaps between communities and provide quality, accessible communication between your business and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Our interpreters have all met state and/or national standards to provide interpreting services in Kentuckiana.
The majority of our work is providing onsite interpreting services at your place of business, school, facility, or event. We can provide interpreters 24 hours a day, and we do our best to accommodate emergency requests.
Our goal has been to provide a simple process for hiring an interpreter. If you are a new client, a signed copy of our Terms of Service must be returned to the Interpreter Coordinator. After the Terms of Service is on file, we can be contacted via email, phone, or text with assignment details for all future requests. One week notice is best to ensure your request can be accommodated.
Our billing method is also a simple process. After the completion of the assignment, an invoice will be emailed or mailed to the billing contact. Payment is expected within 30 days (unless prior arrangements have been negotiated), and we accept checks and credit card payments. We believe our rates are well within industry standards, and many people have received tax deductions for interpreter payments. Your tax professional can provide more detailed information regarding deductions.
